Order Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your parcel hasn’t been collected by the courier, we’ll do our best to stop it and issue a full refund.

Once your order has been dispatched, we can refund the product cost, but not the original shipping fee. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If your parcel goes missing, we will help resolve it — but refunds can only be issued 28 days after the shipping date, in line with courier policies.
